PRE ORDER:

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

 

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE PRE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.

3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 6 TO 8 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 8 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)

5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.

6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

8. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will immediately start processing pre-orders in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment.

DELIVERY:

Your purchase will be shipped 7 to 14 days from purchase date, if not earlier. Please understand, Humnos handbags are hand-painted, which means each piece is unique and takes time to create.

 

Double-check your delivery address for accuracy. We are unable to accommodate any address changes. Please provide a secure address where you can receive your order.

 

You will receive UPS tracking info via email once your order has shipped.
